Redfox Executive Selection Ltd. is working with an established fresh produce grower to recruit a Wholesale Trader who can drive sales, build relationships and help shape the next stage of the wholesale business.

This hands-on trading role requires pace, confident customer negotiation and turning ideas into real business; for the right person there is a clear path to a Wholesale Manager role over time.

Formación

• Experience in fresh produce wholesale or a closely related trading role.
• Sound understanding of fresh produce, its customers and market demands.
• Confidence to build relationships, negotiate and make decisions.
• Drive to win new business and contribute to new projects.

Redfox is working with an established, ambitious fresh produce grower and supplier to find a Wholesale Trader who can drive sales, develop relationships and help shape the next stage of its wholesale business.

This is a hands-on trading role for someone who understands the pace of the fresh sector. You'll spot opportunities, speak confidently with customers, negotiate commercially and turn ideas into business. There are new projects to get involved in and, for the right person, a genuine opportunity to progress into a Wholesale Manager role over time.
