A growing artisan coffee company in the UK is seeking a Wholesale Manager to expand its footprint across London and the South East. This role is focused on winning new wholesale accounts and nurturing existing relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in wholesale sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for quality coffee. Compensation includes a base salary of £40,000-£45,000, uncapped commission, and various benefits.
Now, as we continue to expand nationally, we're looking for an ambitious Wholesale Manager to help take our wholesale coffee program to the next level., The Wholesale Manager will be a key driver in expanding Trading Post's footprint across London and the South East. This role is 70% focused on new business development - winning new wholesale accounts - and 30% on nurturing and growing existing relationships. You'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and deliver on ambitious growth targets while working closely with our Head of Sales and roastery team to ensure Trading Post coffee is showcased in the best cafes, restaurants, hotels, and hospitality venues across the UK.
