• Proven experience in front-line FMCG sales, ideally within an Impulse Category.
• Strong network across the UK Wholesale Channel.
• Proven leadership experience in coaching and motivating teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of account managers and business development managers.
• Manage and optimise the 3rd Party Field Sales team.
• Develop and deliver the Wholesale Channel strategy.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key wholesale partners.
• Own the P&L for the Wholesale Channel.
