Job description

We're looking for a proactive and detail driven Wholesale Executive to support the day to day management of the Debenhams Wholesale business. In this role, you'll act as a key point of contact for our partners – ensuring data accuracy, seamless order delivery, and the optimisation of sales opportunities across multiple categories. Working closely with Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance and Creative teams, you'll play a vital role in order management, allocation planning, and supporting the onboarding of new partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners through regular communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Use independent judgement to continually review sales performance, highlighting risks and opportunities to the Wholesale & Marketplace Manager.
  • Work closely with brand teams to fulfil partner OTB, ensuring commitments are tracked, allocated and dispatched in line with deadlines.
  • Track partner deliveries in collaboration with brand and warehouse teams, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage stock allocation and oversee the PO process, liaising with Supply Chain to ensure timely dispatch of all products.
  • Update and maintain partner trackers, including PO amendments and cancellations.
  • Collate and prepare invoice information for the Finance team to support partner payment processes.
  • Manage Amazon Vendor Central accounts, brand stores and inventory.
Benefits
  • You'll get the opportunity to take part in our various share schemes.
  • Core hours enable you to flex your working times around your needs on an ad hoc basis.
  • Benefits that support your health and wellbeing.
  • Up to 40% discount off our brands.
  • Our social calendar – next level events.
  • With HQs in Manchester and London and offices across the globe (some are dog-friendly!), we offer a buzzing atmosphere and the boohoo family culture wherever you work.
Qualifications
  • Strong computer skills, including advanced Excel knowledge (lookups, pivot tables).
  • Experience handling large data sets with accuracy and consistency.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a solid understanding of planning and trading principles.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet challenging deadlines aligned to the critical path.
  • Exceptional communication skills – confident when partnering with key accounts, brand teams and supply chain stakeholders.
  • Professional, confident and comfortable participating in customer-facing meetings.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and desire to enhance processes and team efficiency.
  • Ability to balance detail with a broader strategic view, always collaborating as a strong team player.
