Responsibilities

• Communicate with wholesale partners in a positive and timely manner.
• Investigate and record claims such as short-shipments or faulty items.
• Maintain various department documents such as client databases.
• Assist with packing/ unpacking samples.
• Quickly and accurately input client orders.

Job description

• Communicate with wholesale partners in a positive and timely manner, resolving all queries and building relationships
• Investigate and record any claims such as short-shipments or faulty items
• Maintain various department documents such as master client database
• Create client decks before market
• Schedule client appointments for London, Paris and Milan showrooms and add to department and company calendars
• Set up and VM showroom before market
• Assist with packing/ unpacking samples
• Quickly and accurately input client orders on JOOR
• Report client sales results in budget tracker, send summaries to management
• Distribute client order confirmations and international price lists
• Create seasonal documents in collaboration with production team and supply chain
• Manage and allocate EAN barcodes
• Create seasonal documents for technical team
• Complete and share client line detail forms upon request
• Share seasonal training manuals with clients
• Support the wholesale team to maximise and grow sales, and onboard new clients
