Job description

We are looking for a Wholesale Admin Assistant to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Sales Team, internal departments and our network of leading global brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, data, and strategy, and is excited to contribute to the success of a fast-paced business.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting upload to digital online platform and creation of line sheets per brand
  • General admin within selling season including, appointment scheduling /diary management, look book and lines sheet send out, chasing orders
  • Communicating with brands and customers for shipment updates/ payments
  • Ad-hoc tasks as requested by management
  • Update wholesale reports: weekly/monthly sales overview, best and worst sellers, sell through, recommendations for highlighting slower stock, etc
  • Preparing seasonal product analysis -sales figures by style/country/ collection feedback of lessons learnt per brand
  • Weekly sales analysis
  • Weekly reporting for the retail store on trade, reorders and sell through report
  • Monitoring sample shipments from each brand, return shipment at the end of the selling season Assisting with showroom set up and pack down for all brands across our international showrooms
Key Performance Indicators
  • Accuracy of admin tasks preformed for account executives & managers
  • Collaboration with supporting with shipments, showroom set up and general ad-hoc tasks
  • Collaborative support with setting up and pulling down each showroom in an efficient manner ensuring care is always taken to pack and unpack in an appropriate manner
  • Shipment of samples being on time and diligently monitored/ flagged if they go missing, To support the team with admin tasks to always ensure the smooth running of the agency
  • To support the Sales Executive in the population of accurate reports, analysis and presentations to support business growth
  • To ensure each showroom runs smoothly from start to finish, Your file must be a .doc, .pdf, .docx, or .rtf. No larger than 10MB
