Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for the assigned wholesale clients to ensure efficient communication and prompt resolution of any issues (e.g. reorders, returns, swaps).
    • Track and analyze key account performance, making recommendations to improve sales and profitability (ST reports).
  • Sales Strategy Execution:
    • Work closely with the Head of Sales EMEA & APAC to implement regional sales strategies and meet or exceed revenue and distribution targets.
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding the brand's presence in key markets.
    • Ensure alignment of the brand’s global strategy across both regions to ensure that all wholesale partners accurately represent the brands aesthetic, maintaining consistency in visual identity across all sales channels.
  • Order & Inventory Management:
    • Oversee the complete order process, from initial inquiry and entry to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
    • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal inventory availability.
    • Work with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth delivery and resolve any shipping or fulfilment issues.
  • Reporting & Sales Analysis:
    • Prepare regular sales reports, providing insights into account performance, sales forecasts, and market conditions.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
    • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and sales planning in line with regional goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the marketing, product development, and finance teams to ensure alignment on product launches, promotional campaigns, and account needs.
    • Act as the liaison between wholesale accounts and internal teams (logistics, account payable) to facilitate a smooth flow of information and service.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate sales efforts, all showroom activities, and product reveals.
Key Requirements
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in a wholesale sales or account management role, ideally in the fashion industry.
    • Proven experience managing accounts in international markets, particularly in both EMEA and APAC regions.
    • Familiarity with luxury or independent fashion brands is a plus.

    • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple accounts across various regions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., JOOR).
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights.
    • Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian or French languages is a strong advantage.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
