Job summary

The Wellbeing in Mind Team at Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting two permanent Whole School and College Approach (WCSA) Practitioners to cover our York Team. This brand-new role focuses on coordinating the whole school approach activities and resources.

You will develop, monitor and implement the WSA approach in participating schools with limited supervision, coordinating resources across the service and engaging with schools, colleges and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating school-based wellbeing programmes
• Ability to work across educational settings and participate in cross-team initiatives

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and implement the Whole School Approach in participating schools with limited supervision.
• Coordinate resources and plan service/staff time for WSA activities, engaging with schools, colleges and key stakeholders.
