The Opportunity: Your Career's Next Chapter

The firm is seeking to hire a new White Collar Partner to join the firm in their office based in the heart of London's West End.

Key Highlights:

Growing department: The firm already has a successful and growing commercial litigation department. This hire will mark the launch of a new department for the firm. They have recently had a growing number of inquiries for white-collar work, also one of the commercial litigation partners has a good network in this practice area, and the firm is currently having to turn away a lot of this work.

You will come in and grow this new white-collar crime department, working with the wider litigation partners to drive the department forward. You will have a high level of autonomy to shape and make the department your own.

It is envisaged you will deal with a varied caseload representing both individuals and businesses in high value and high profile cases often brought by the SFO, FCA, NCA, HMRC, NHS, Military investigations unit and CPS.

Strategic Leadership : Collaborate with the partnership to shape and execute strategic plans, contributing to the firm's meteoric rise.

Requirements:

• You will be a White Collar Crime Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE+
• You will be commercially minded and have displayed entrepreneurial flare in regards to networking and business development
• You should be someone that works well as part of a team
• Experience of mentoring and developing more juniors lawyers is to advantage but not essential
• Salary and package is competitive and dependent on your background.
