Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent with relevant experience in HR or employee relations.
• Experience working in a unionised environment desirable.
• Strong IT and information management skills, including databases and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential support for whistleblowing and Speak Up concerns.
• Conduct investigations and report findings to committees.
• Maintain case records in line with Information Governance requirements.
