Qualifications

• Previous experience in fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
• Excellent visual accuracy to spot packaging defects.
• Ability to operate machinery and use digital control panels.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures and PPE

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up, run, changeover and monitor automated bottling machinery.
• Quality Assurance: Visually inspect bottle alignment, fill levels, and label application.
• Component Management: Load raw materials such as empty glass, corks, caps, cartons and labels.
• Line Clearance: Perform efficient product changeovers for different whisky expressions.
• Health & Safety: Maintain a clean, hazard-free workstation and follow PPE protocols.
• Defect Reporting: Identify glitches and report to Team Leader to minimize downtime.
• Accurate Logging: Complete production logs and quality check sheets for traceability
