Qualifications

• Experience in WFM and T&A systems in large, multi-site operations.
• Proven experience with workforce planning and scheduling.
• Experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the T&A/WFM program across UK's factories and logistics.
• Implement a new T&A/WFM platform from design to rollout.
• Define labour models and insurance compliance.
