R9 Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Wet Room Installer to service social housing projects across South West London.

You will lead full wet room installations, including rip-out work, tanking, drainage, and vinyl flooring, while ensuring accessibility improvements. Ideal candidates have proven wet room experience, a solid background in social housing or maintenance environments, and a clean UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing wet rooms and bathroom adaptations.
• Experience in social housing, local authority, or maintenance environments.
• Good understanding of waterproofing and drainage systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Full installation of wet rooms within occupied and void social housing properties.
• Rip-out and preparation of existing bathrooms.
• Installation of floor formers, tanking systems, drainage, and vinyl flooring.
• Basic plumbing associated with wet room installations.
• Fit sanitary ware, shower screens, grab rails, and other accessibility adaptations.

Wet Room Installer Required - Social Housing

We are currently seeking an experienced Wet Room Installer to join a growing team working across social housing properties throughout South West London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with experience in wet room installations, bathroom adaptations, and disabled access works to secure a permanent position with a competitive salary and ongoing workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full installation of wet rooms within occupied and void social housing properties.
