We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Wet Room Fitter, Plumber, or Multi-Trade Operative to join a respected contractor working on voided and tenanted social housing properties in the Wolverhampton/Birmingham area.

Responsibilities

• Complete full wet room refits from start to finish
• Carry out a variety of plumbing tasks
• Install and maintain Polysafe flooring to a high standard
• Ensure all work is completed on time, to specification, and with client satisfaction at the forefront

What We A0Are Looking For

• Previous experience as a Wet Room Fitter, Plumber, or as a Multi-Trade Operative
• Ideally, experience working in social housing
• Knowledge of Cap and Cove and Polysafe Flooring (desirable)
• A Full UK Driving Licence
• A valid CSCS Card
• An NVQ in Plumbing or equivalent qualification
