A leading NHS trust is seeking a Performance and Improvement Manager to oversee site management at Westmoreland Street. The role involves leading service improvements, managing a team, and ensuring efficient patient pathways. An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Surgical Specialties Division for a permanent post supporting Westmoreland Street Hospital as the Performance and Improvement Manager. The post holder will be responsible for daytime site management of UCH at Westmoreland Street, chairing the daily bed meeting and working with ward staff to allocate beds and maintain patient flow across the site, linking in with UCH Tower and other Trusts to lead in the management of patient transfers.
The post holder will also be responsible for supporting service improvements across the Division to deliver safer and more efficient patient pathways. The post holder will be responsible for line managing a team of 4 ward clerks. The post holder will be expected to be on site at Westmoreland Street every day.
