Responsibilities

• Manage regional valuation flow and panel input.
• Provide professional advice as the face of the Group.
• Comply with RICS regulations and other requirements.
• Keep up to date with market and technical developments.
• Validate panel surveyor valuation reports.
• Assist with Receiver of Rent and repossession case management.
• Provide Market Reports and information for Group Strategy.
• Support other Group business lines as needed.
• Attend Head Office for meetings and projects.
