Energy Jobline CVL in West London is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our expanding team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will carry out domestic and communal electrical works across our residential properties, ensuring safety and high standards.

The role offers a salary of £45,000 per year, a company van, fuel card, and ongoing training. You will need a JIB Gold Card and 18th Edition, with proven experience in testing, inspection, and paperwork.

Qualifications

• JIB Gold Card is essential.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations required.
• Testing & Inspection qualification (2391, 2394/2395 or equivalent) required.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Experience in communal and residential environments preferable.
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude required.

Responsibilities

• Electrical testing and inspection.
• Carrying out remedial works following EICRs.
• PAT testing.
• Electrical maintenance and repairs.
• Working within communal areas of residential buildings.
• Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults.
• Completing all certification and job paperwork accurately.
• Ensuring compliance with current electrical regulations and health & safety requirements.
