Pay: £172.56 - 238.95 / Day DOE

We’re seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Welsh-speaking Primary and Secondary Teachers to join supportive school communities across Newport, Caerphilly, and Torfaen. Whether you're an experienced educator or a recent graduate, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while gaining valuable classroom experience.

You will:
  • Teach engaging, inclusive lessons across Primary or Secondary settings
  • Support a range of Key Stages, including work within ALN/SEN settings
  • Provide one-to-one and small-group support to help pupils access learning
  • Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a nurturing, language-rich environment
  • Deliver high-quality Welsh-medium teaching that supports learners’ academic and personal development

Role Requirements:
  • Be a fluent Welsh speaker
  • Hold QTS or equivalent
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
  • Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with staff and pupils
  • Show adaptability, patience, and enthusiasm in dynamic school environments
  • Have recent classroom experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Hold or be willing to obtain:
    • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
    • EWC registration
    • Two professional referees
    • Valid UK working rights
