Successful candidates gain hands-on experience across EYFS/KS1/KS2 and SEND contexts, after interviews and safeguarding checks. No formal qualifications are required to start this pathway.

Qualifications

• Welsh language ability is desired for the programme.
• Be committed to improving outcomes for pupils through support roles.
• Willingness to complete safeguarding and identity checks before placement.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in schools as part of the National Teaching Assistant Programme.
