Job summary

Hoop Recruitment LTD is seeking Welsh-speaking teachers for Carmarthenshire, starting September. Positions offer a competitive daily rate of £172.98 with PAYE only, enabling flexible schedules and choice of schools and locations.

You will deliver Welsh-medium or bilingual lessons, adapt to learners' needs, and work with TAs and staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing. Applicants should hold QTS, be fluent in Welsh, and have an Enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply).

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Fluent Welsh speaker.
• DBS on Update Service or willingness to apply.
• Registered with the EWC or willing to register.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Welsh-medium or bilingual lessons in line with school policies.
• Adapt teaching to meet diverse learning needs.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment and manage behaviour effectively.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and school staff to support pupil progress.
