Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a Welsh Speaking Administrator for a Welsh-medium Primary School in Carmarthenshire on a temporary basis with potential for long term. The role requires fluency in Welsh and English and strong administrative and IT skills to support staff, pupils and visitors daily.

The successful candidate will provide general admin support, manage enquiries in Welsh and English, and contribute to the smooth running of the school office in a busy environment.

The school provides a welcoming environment for its pupils and is looking for an organised and professional individual to support the day-to-day running of the school office.

The school is looking to take on a Welsh Speaking Administrator on a temporary basis, with the potential for the position to become long term. The successful Welsh Speaking Administrator will provide general administrative support, communicate confidently in Welsh and English, and assist staff, parents, pupils and visitors with day-to-day enquiries.

The successful Welsh Speaking Administrator will have:

• Fluency in Welsh and English
• Previous administrative experience
• Strong IT and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
