Qualifications

  • Experience in Hospital/GP Practice or Call Centre, dealing with the general public.
  • Experience working with Consultant/Clinical Staff and in Waiting List Management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage referrals and appointments in a busy booking centre.
  • Support team members to deliver Access targets and booking services.
  • Ensure all patient bookings meet local and national access targets.
