Position: Customer Service Representative
Working Pattern: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 08:30am-18:00pm)
Location: Homeworking (equipment provided)
Proposed Start Date: 10/11/2025

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Managing a diverse range of inbound customer calls, resolving queries "Right First Time" with a friendly and professional touch.
  • Capturing, maintaining, and ensuring the quality and safety of customer data.
  • Assessing claims and responding to customer inquiries via electronic communication.
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Welsh: Both written and spoken.
  • Good Verbal and Written English Skills: Clear communication is key!
  • Ability to Follow Instructions: Adhere to processes with precision.
  • Resilience: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
