Customer Service Executive (Welsh Speaker)

Wescot Credit Services are on the lookout for a Welsh-Speaking Customer Consultantsto join one of our outsource campaigns starting 19th January 2026.

Mae Wescot Credit Services yr chwilio am Gynghorwyr Cwsmeriaid sy'n siarad Cymraeg i ymuno â un o'n ymgyrchoedd allanol.

  • Salary: Up to £26,313.14 (based on 40 hrs per week) depending on experience
  • Hours: Option to choose from a 37.5 or 40 hour contract
  • Shifts:We are open Monday – Friday between 8.30am – 6.30pm and Saturdays 8.30am – 1pm. You will work on a rotational shift pattern within those hours which include 1 in 3 Saturdays, but don’t worry we’ll give you a day off during the week prior to your Saturday shifts.
  • Remote Training:3 weeks with dedicated L&D Trainer support.
  • Fully remote working
  • 31 days holiday (pro rata) – including all bank holidays.

We are looking for team players who match our enthusiasm, work ethic and our outlook to 5-star customer service to be the first point of contact in supporting Welsh-Speaking customers in their preferred language.
