Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. seeks Welsh-speaking Cover Supervisors to support Welsh-medium education across Cardiff and surrounding areas. You will work with primary and secondary schools, leading classes and delivering pre-set work in a bilingual setting.

Fluent Welsh is essential, with experience in schools and strong classroom management. Roles offer flexible short- or long-term opportunities and a supportive recruitment journey with our dedicated Welsh department.

Qualifications

• Fluent Welsh (spoken and written).
• Experience working with children or young people in a school setting.
• Confidence in managing a classroom and delivering pre-set work.
• A genuine interest in bilingual learning and pupil development.
• Reliability, flexibility and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-set work and manage classroom activities.
