Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a fluent Welsh-speaking tutor to support adult learners in strengthening workplace Welsh. The role is conducted online with part-time hours, starting November 2026, and involves delivering sessions via Microsoft Teams to learners in a remote setting.

The tutor will create engaging activities, tailor materials to learners' abilities, and assist with resources and administration. This is ideal for experienced tutors who enjoy developing professional communication in Welsh.

Qualifications

• Fluent Welsh language skills.
• Previous experience teaching Welsh to adults.
• Experience supporting advanced language development.
• Understanding of professional and workplace communication in Welsh.
• Confidence delivering interactive online lessons via Microsoft Teams.
• Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
