The company is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and supports diversity, including individuals with disabilities or health conditions, within a positive and non-judgemental environment.

Basic Purpose of the Role

  • Participate actively in safety programmes, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
Performance
  • Monitor and analyse real-time data during abandonment operations to identify trends and inefficiencies.
  • Capture and document lessons learned to inform continuous improvement across operations.
  • Conduct pre-job and after-action reviews, ensuring findings are reflected in future programmes and SOPs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce non-productive time (NPT) and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with onshore engineers, rig crews, and service providers to meet performance objectives.
  • Conduct post-well reviews and benchmarking across rigs and assets.
