Holland & Barrett in Aberystwyth is looking for a part-time Retail Assistant to help customers with their wellness goals. You will greet shoppers, recommend products, stock shelves and maintain a high standard of store presentation.

You will use tablets and digital tools to assist customers, participate in promotions, and work as part of a team to deliver excellent service in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable style.
• Curiosity about health and wellness, with a willingness to learn.
• The ability to stay organised, work as part of a team and adapt in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using technology, including tablets and digital tools.

Responsabilités

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, in-store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
