Job summary
Holland & Barrett in Dumfries is seeking a Retail Assistant to welcome customers and help them find products that fit their wellness goals, delivering friendly, informative service and a positive shopping experience every day. This permanent, part-time role is 5 hours per week at £13.17 per hour.

- Willingness to learn about health and wellness products.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for wellness goals.
- Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering customer service.
- Keeping shelves stocked and displays merchandised to a high standard.
- Supporting promotions and maintaining store presentation and operational standards.
- Working with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
- Using a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend products (in-store or online).
- Completing training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
