Job summary

Happiful, part of Memiah Limited, is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support wellness professionals across our directories. You’ll handle applications, answer queries by phone and email, and guide members with our CRM and in-house systems.

This hybrid, 34‑hour week role is based at our Camberley office. We offer a competitive salary (£26,500–£29,000), wellbeing initiatives, a pension plan, and a discretionary bonus for team success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a non-scripted, telephone-based support role.
• Excellent written communication, particularly in composing bespoke emails.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks to meet SLAs and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and approving applications in line with verification policies.
• Engaging with members via email and phone to provide friendly, knowledgeable support.
• Offering personalised advice, including marketing tips and profile guidance.
• Handling feedback and complaints with care and empathy, driving timely resolutions.
• Collaborating with teammates and sharing insights to improve member experience.
