Job summary

West-Norfolk invites applications for a Temporary Part-Time Membership Advisor – Wellness. The role is based at Alive Lynnsport with potential duties across Alive Downham, Alive St James and Alive Oasis on a rota basis.

Salary is £25,221 per annum pro rata for 18.5 hours per week, with a temporary contract to 30 September 2027. The job focuses on promoting Alive memberships, supporting members and visitors, and delivering a welcoming, professional customer experience across our leisure

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or customer-focused environment
• Confident communicator with a range of people
• Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as required by the role

Responsibilities

• Promote Alive memberships and services
• Support new and existing members with information on facilities, prices, memberships and terms
• Convert enquiries into sales and contribute to outreach activities to raise awareness of Alive wellness
• Deliver a welcoming, professional and customer-focused experience across leisure facilities
