Job summary

Nuffield Health is hiring a Personal Trainer at our Cwmbran gym. You will deliver client sessions, conduct inductions and health checks, and run group exercise while helping members achieve fitness goals.

Join a supportive team with flexible hours and strong CPD opportunities, including progression to wellbeing trainer roles and further training in health and performance. A Level 3 PT credential and CIMSPA membership are required.

Qualifications

• Qualified Personal Trainer with REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner certification.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Able to explain instructions clearly and motivate clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal training sessions to a variety of populations.
• Perform inductions and health checks, and run group exercise sessions.
• Support members to grow their PT client base with high-quality service.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming gym environment and uphold standards across the floor.
• Engage in CPD opportunities to advance skills and programming.
