About The Role

We are seeking a Wellbeing and Inclusion Manager (maternity cover) to lead Ark All Saints Academy's Provision E team in providing effective support for scholars at risk.

As the Wellbeing & Inclusion Manager you will design, deliver and co‑coordinate appropriate intervention for scholars who are at risk of missing out on education. You will ensure that scholars receive help to develop skills and resilience which will allow them to contribute to more effective learning and facilitate strong academic progress. This includes the provision of a complimentary service to teachers and other staff, addressing the needs of scholars who require assistance to re‑engage in learning in order to achieve their full potential.
