A leading wellbeing organization in Plymouth seeks a Health and Wellbeing Employment Coach to provide holistic support to customers facing employment challenges. The role involves 1:1 coaching to build self-awareness, confidence, and secure sustainable employment. Ideal candidates will possess experience in health promotion or public health, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage individual caseloads. Qualifications

• Experience of supporting individuals with health challenges.
• Ability to organize and conduct job-search activities.
• Experience delivering health and wellbeing workshops.

Responsibilities

• Support customers to build self-awareness and confidence.
• Manage a caseload of customers and record data.
• Deliver performance outputs against agreed targets.

Skills

Experience of working in health promotion or public health

Knowledge of the local labor market

Coaching skills

Fully IT literate in Microsoft Office

Experience of delivering services to meet contractual standards

Education

Qualified health professional registered with HCPC, BACP or BABCP
