As a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being. You will understand the need to promote the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfillment for all residents. Your other responsibilities will include identifying residents' life history, needs, and preferences, planning and submitting monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging activities and events, and maintaining a safe living and working environment.
