As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on residents' lives every day by supporting the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing engaging activities to enhance physical, cognitive, and social well-being.
As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, your focus will be to support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Other responsibilities include maintaining a safe living and working environment, contributing to the positive and professional image of the home, reporting changes in residents\' physical or emotional condition, assisting with ordering and preparing supplies for upcoming activities, and establishing links with the local community to promote access to the wider community and intergenerational activity.
As Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, you will support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate residents\' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Other responsibilities will include maintaining a safe living and working environment, and reporting changes in residents\' physical or emotional condition to the Wellbeing and Activity Coordinator, Home Manager, and care staff. You will also assist with ordering and preparing supplies for upcoming activities and establish links with the local community (e.g., schools, spiritual groups, museums/libraries) to encourage access to the wider community and promote intergenerational activity.
Shift pattern details: 9am-5:30pm
