A leading health service provider in Salford is seeking an Active Spaces Manager to oversee the gym's daily operations and to implement wellbeing programs. Benefits

Salary - £29,000 per annum
37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
25 days annual leave plus 1 in lieu of Christmas

Qualifications

  • Currently hold an industry certificate such as Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training/Fitness Instructing.
  • Degree in Sports Coaching, Sport Exercise Science or similar would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate operations of the onsite Active Spaces.
  • Deliver onsite and virtual group exercise classes.
  • Conduct health screenings and workshops on wellbeing topics.
  • Assist the development of the Bupa wellbeing calendar.
  • Conduct assessments & 1 to 1 review sessions.
  • Monitor utilization and performance metrics of initiatives.
  • Contribute to the improvement of wellbeing initiatives.
