Qualifications

• Proven experience as a welder with MIG/TIG/Laser joining processes.
• Experience leading or mentoring others in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of welding symbols and procedures.

• Lead, support, and motivate a team of welders to achieve production targets.
• Ensure all welding activities meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a strong safety culture and enforce safety policies.
