Job summary

Une entreprise aérospatiale en expansion recrute un technicien de production de soudure pour rejoindre une équipe de production de précision. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience en ajustement mécanique et sera chargé d'assembler, tester et contrôler les composants fluidiques dans un environnement de salle propre. Une formation sera fournie, et des heures de travail prolongées peuvent être nécessaires.

Qualifications

  • Expérience en ajustement mécanique, de préférence par apprentissage.
  • Formation sur les processus de soudage TIG et orbital.
  • Compétences en tests électriques et mécaniques.

Responsibilities

  • Assemblage et test de systèmes dans un environnement propre de classe 8.
  • Utilisation d'équipements de détection de fuites pour tester l'intégrité des systèmes assemblés.
  • Nettoyage des composants et préparation pour l'assemblage.

Job description

Welding Production Technician required to join a precision aerospace production team to work in a cleanroom environment on the assembly, integration and testing of aerospace devices.

Our international Aerospace and Defence client is going through a continued period of expansion and looking for Precision Mechanical Assembly Technicians.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Mechanical fitter experience ideally through apprenticeship with exposure to and of the following: non return valves, flow control valves, solenoid valves, cold gas thrusters or any fluidic components for the space industry.
Training and skills development will be provided, extended working hours may be required to meet production targets.

Responsibilities
Precision assembly and test activities in a Class 8 clean room.
Testing the integrity of assembled systems using high pressure gases and leak detection equipment such as helium mass spectrometers.
Cleaning components in preparation for assembly and test activities using automatic particle counting equipment and patch sample counting techniques.
Electrical testing
Gas flow testing of valves, thrusters and fluidic components to ensure components are within
tolerance prior to assembly.
Digital voltmeters, oscilloscopes, data acquisition systems, high voltage dielectric and insulation
resistance test equipment.
Material joining processes including manual TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding, orbital welding, and compiling weld inspection reports on parts and test pieces.
