Job summary

TWI Ltd is seeking a Welding Inspection Lecturer to deliver CSWIP welding inspection programmes at three levels and to invigilate exams. The role also includes some development work, mentoring colleagues and liaising with UK and overseas programme managers.

Travel within the UK and internationally will be involved. Successful candidates will have knowledge of TES products and services, experience teaching welding inspection, and strong organisational and team-working skills to support TES

Qualifications

  • Preferably CSWIP Welding Inspector 3.1 experience.
  • Experience delivering welding inspection training to external candidates.
  • Knowledge of TES products and services.
  • Ability to engage with new teaching and examination technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver CSWIP welding inspection programmes at three levels to external candidates.
  • Invigilate exams and contribute to course development.
  • Mentor team members and liaise with senior managers and programme managers.
  • Oversee compliance of new training and exam technologies in TES welding programmes.
  • Deliver welding and training projects as required.
