A Welder/Fabricator is sought to join a UK-based engineering and manufacturing business producing specialist equipment for the food processing sector. This hands-on role covers fabrication, welding and assembly from engineering drawings to produce accurate components.

You will perform MIG and TIG welding, cutting, grinding and finish work, checking dimensions and tolerances, and supporting modifications and bespoke projects. A NVQ Level 2 or equivalent and right to work in the UK are required.

Formación

• Experience in welding and fabrication, ideally in engineering/manufacturing contexts.
• Confident working from engineering drawings with good dimensional accuracy.
• Practical experience with MIG and TIG welding plus fabrication/cutting/finishing techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Fabricate and weld metal components and structures to drawings and specs.
• Carry out MIG and TIG welding, plus cutting and finishing processes.
• Assemble fabricated components as part of wider equipment builds.
