Responsibilities

Our client is one of the largest and most successful steel‑work contractors in the UK. They have recently won a large amount of work and are looking to extend their workforce. The successful applicants will ideally have structural steel welding experience and will be responsible for achieving high quality standards in a safe manner within the production time scales.

Shifts

• Day Shifts – Monday to Thursday, 6:30 am to 4:30 pm and Friday, 6:30 am to 12:30 pm

Pay

• Days – £18.89 (£43,220.32 per annum)
• Overtime rates available

Testing & Requirements

Candidates must be prepared to go on site for a weld test. The weld test will include the 135 Mag Welding Process:

• Test 1 – 8 mm Single run Fillet Weld
• Test 2 – 10 mm Multi run Fillet Weld
• Test 3 – Double bevel full Penetration Butt Weld
