Welder Fabricators - MIG - Mild/Stainless - York / Site based (Scotland and Shropshire)

Job Overview

My client has an opportunity for skilled MIG Welder fabricators with experience of mild steel and stainless, ideally with experience of conveying equipment, structural steelwork and sheet metal work. You will have the ability to read and work with drawings and ideally have site experience.

Responsibilities

• Read and work with detailed drawings.
• Fabricate MIG welds on mild and stainless steel components.
• Work on conveying equipment, structural steelwork, and sheet metal work.
• Perform tasks at York site and other sites in Shropshire and Scotland.

Qualifications

• Skilled MIG Welder with experience of mild steel and stainless steel.

Working Hours & Benefits

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm with frequent overtime.
• Base pay £20 per hour (DOE) plus unlimited overtime.
• All expenses paid and £40 daily allowance.
• Unlimited overtime and basic mix between York, Shropshire, and Scotland sites.
