Job description
Fabricator / Welder - Permanent Opportunity

Location: Aberdeenshire

Hours: 39 hours/week + regular overtime (1.5x)

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard across a range of materials, including aluminium and stainless steel.
  • Read, interpret, and work accurately from detailed engineering and fabrication drawings.
  • Operate general fabrication tools and workshop machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a consistently high standard, meeting quality and safety requirements.
  • Maintain workshop equipment, tools, and work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet project deadlines and objectives.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder in an engineering or fabrication environment.
  • Strong technical skills in MIG and TIG welding.
  • Competence in reading and interpreting engineering and fabrication drawings.
  • Experience working with a variety of materials, including aluminium and stainless steel.
  • Knowledge of workshop machinery and fabrication tools.
