Interaction Enegineering - MIG Welder Fabricator / Fitter

We are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder / Fitter to join our team in a hands-on fabrication and assembly role. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding and fitting a variety of components and structures to a high standard, supporting production demands and ensuring all work is completed safely and accurately. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG welding on mild and stainless steel components
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication plans
  • Fit, tack, and weld assemblies to specification
  • Operate workshop equipment including grinders, saws, drills, and hand tools
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure finished work meets required standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work closely with other team members to meet production schedules and deadlines
  • Assist with general workshop duties as required
