Job summary

Advantage Resourcing UK Ltd in the St Helens area is seeking a Welder Fabricator on a temp-to-perm basis, site-based. The role requires fabrication and welding to drawings, inspection of finished work, and meeting production deadlines.

The ideal candidate will hold NVQ/C&G in fabrication and welding, be familiar with fabrication drawings, and have welding qualifications to BS EN ISO 9606-1. Overtime is available.

Qualifications

• NVQ/C&G in Fabrication and welding and exposure to work with sheet metal.
• Working from fabrication drawings.
• Previous or current welding qualifications to BS EN ISO 9606-1.

The Role:

You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

• Manufacture products in line with engineering drawings and job specifications
• Carry out fabrication and welding activities to a high standard
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met before progression
• Maintain productivity and meet agreed production deadlines

The Individual

We’re looking for people who can show:

• NVQ/C&G in Fabrication and welding and exposure to work with sheet metal
• Working from fabrication drawings

• Hourly rate of pay £17.08 ph with a weekly attendance bonus of £30 ph
