About The Role

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our team. This hands‑on role focuses primarily on skip repairs, with some trailer repair work. You will need to be competent in MIG welding, capable of working independently, and committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Accountabilities

• Carry out MIG welding and fabrication on skips and trailers to a high standard.
• Use hand tools safely and correctly for repair work.
• Follow all company health & safety policies and maintain a safe working environment.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet production targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Experience And Skills

• Prior experience in MIG welding (essential).
• Experience in skip, trailer, or heavy steel repairs (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to read and follow instructions and work unsupervised.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
