Pertemps in Redhill is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Welder/Fabricator for a precision engineering production team. The role focuses on MIG/TIG welding, CNC press brake operation, and accurate sheet metal fabrication in a fast-paced workshop.

You will read engineering drawings, work to tight tolerances, and contribute to high-quality production. Immediate start and Monday–Friday daytime hours offered.

Salary: c. £35,000 - £42,000 | Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30 Start: Immediate

A long‑established precision engineering company in Redhill is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Welder/Fabricator to join its high‑quality production team. This role suits someone who takes pride in precision workmanship and can deliver consistently accurate results in a fast‑paced workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating CNC Press Brake machines to form sheet metal components
• MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
• Punching and fabrication of sheet metal parts
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings with accuracy
• Working to tight tolerances where quality and precision are essential

About You

• Confident across MIG/TIG welding and sheet metal fabrication
• Experienced in CNC press brake operation
