A housing authority in Northern Ireland is seeking a Welder to provide essential welding services within properties. The role involves ensuring safety standards are met, collaborating with tenants to schedule work, and identifying ways to improve service delivery. An apprenticeship in welding and at least a year of relevant experience are essential. The work hours are typically from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Thursday and 8:30 AM to 4 PM on Friday, with an on-call rota applying.
To contribute, to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery by providing a welding service in Housing Executive properties while upholding safety guidelines and complying with all applicable Codes and Regulations in line with our vision and values.
Hours are normally 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-4pm on Friday (can be confirmed on appointment).
