We’re looking for a friendly, confident Welcome Host to be the face of our casino. You’ll greet guests with professionalism and positivity, help guide their visit, and ensure everything runs smoothly from the moment they arrive.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming all guests with a warm, customer-focused approach.
  • Staying active and visible in the lobby to support guest interactions.
  • Managing guest flow during busy periods with calm and efficiency.
  • Confidently handling ID and Challenge25 checks with patience and professionalism.
  • Promoting venue facilities, offers and events to enhance the guest experience.
  • Supporting cloakroom duties and guiding guests around the venue.
  • Keeping the lobby clean, tidy and up to date with notices and promotions.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Monitoring visitor numbers and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Comfortable working with systems and completing checklists accurately.
  • A positive, approachable personality with a passion for great service.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
